Ive only got the kit lens, so ive not been able to get certain shots id like to. Ive used my camera recently while i was in the US. Some shots im really pleased with, others i feel would be much improved with a wide angle lens or even a telephoto lens. Ive not had chance to use any of these lens yet. I cant afford to buy any at the moment. Im hoping to use some of the colleges equipment, to experiment with different techniques and styles. I really want to capture a sun set or sun rise, using a wide angle lens. This would also require a tripod, which unfortunately i still do not have. Ive put my camera on rocks to try and use longer shutter speeds, but this is very restrictive as to how i can compose my shots.
